Refund Policy

Digital reports and downloads

WW3Risk reports are supplied as downloadable digital content. The product page and checkout identify the report, price, snapshot date, model context and principal contents before purchase.

14-day cancellation right and immediate download

For digital content supplied immediately, checkout asks you to expressly consent to supply beginning straight away and to acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right will be lost once supply of the download begins.

If you have not given that consent and acknowledgement, the normal cancellation rules may continue to apply. We do not rely on a blanket no-refunds rule where statutory consumer rights apply.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content

Your statutory rights are not affected. If the report file is corrupt, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or we supply the wrong file, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, repair the problem, or issue a refund or other remedy required by law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you have been charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us with your order number and relevant details. Valid duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.

Change of mind after download begins

Where you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the effect on your cancellation right, the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once supply of the digital content begins. This does not remove rights where the digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.

Report updates

A purchased Strategic Risk Report is tied to the snapshot/model version stated in that report. Later WW3Risk updates do not automatically entitle the purchaser to a replacement report unless the product description expressly says otherwise.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

This policy does not limit statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
